Liz Cocchia
CEO
Liz is the company founder and a recognized expert in the field of skin care trends, marketing, branding and product development. She has been involved in the skincare industry for many years and serves as the creative director and strategic manager of Vitelle. She has a background in Business Administration and Finance from B.C.I.T and the University of British Columbia.
Susanna Cocchia
Vice President Sales
As a senior sales executive Susanna possesses many years of managerial and client care experience. She combines strong product knowledge with excellence in customer service where she identifies and optimizes operational performance in a fast moving environment. In this role, she leads the in-house sales team in addition to overseeing the administrative and client services staff.
Jennifer Reyes
General Manager
Jennifer is responsible for the smooth flow and coordination of all departments within Vitelle. She oversees office, purchasing and laboratory staff, optimizing the efficiency of personnel and logistics. She monitors daily outputs within each division, acting as the liaison between clients, management and production staff. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology which she puts to good use in her role ensuring that the needs and concerns of our customers are well taken care and that the staff benefit from a balanced work flow process.
David Cheng
Principal Formulator
As Principal Formulator, David developed our newest product group, Inception MD, in addition to distinctive OEM projects which have been extremely successful. He oversees the formulation team in addition to supervising production staff, monitoring batch execution and post production processes. He is a graduate of Dept. of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Simon Fraser University. As a MSc. graduate, he is well trained in scientific methodology with years of practical laboratory experience. He applies the same rigor to the R&D of challenging new formulas, echoing contemporary ideas on scientifically proven function and efficacy.
Elisa Palma
Productivity Manager
Elisa has been with Vitelle for more than 20 years. She is a key management team member who directly supervises the day to day activities of our private label product fulfilment and distribution center. She coordinates activities in our Vancouver and Richmond facilities. She oversees packaging and finished product logistics, optimizing efficiency in the completion of private label and OEM orders. She sets a standard of excellence with her department ensuring attention to each detail is observed and that every order is completed with the highest degree of quality, accuracy and timeliness.
Kirk Dancak
Managing Director
Kirk is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Sauder Business School. As a certified Sales and Marketing Executive he is involved in public relations and marketing activities, relationship management with our industry partners and managing all aspects of logistics at trade events across all platforms. Kirk manages relationships with key suppliers, overseeing supply chain activities and he is the liaison with professional services involved in the financial reporting group.
Danny Mah
Quality Assurance Manager
Danny is a graduate from BCIT in the Food Technology program. He has 20 years of Quality Assurance experience in the commercial food industry. He has 5 years of product development experience in beverage formulation, extensive knowledge in HACCP, GS1 service and product recalls and has enhanced SOP’s for optimal consistency and reliability. He is responsible for monitoring QC technicians, overseeing, verifying and checking to ensure that each batch and finished good is completed in accordance with our standards.
Lenora Ede
Sales and Operations Manager
With a background in prestige beauty—from Aveda to Shiseido Canada—Lenora brings deep industry expertise to Vitelle Labs. Blending brand strategy with meticulous operational oversight, she excels at elevating the partner experience from concept to shelf. Lenora is a driving force in our team’s commitment to innovation and excellence, and she looks forward to connecting with you at upcoming industry trade shows.
Josephine Abellan
Licensed Esthetican, Sales & Education
Josephine is a Licensed Esthetician and graduate of Blanche Macdonald and Algonquin College. With over five years of industry experience—she offers a unique blend of hands-on skincare expertise and brand-building insight. Josephine is passionate about helping professionals create successful, high-performance lines, knowing that the right products are the true “magic wands” behind every skin transformation.
Ksenia Tretiakova
Senior Product Specialist
Ksenia is a dedicated advocate for your brand. Fluent in English and Russian, she is your go-to resource who prides herself on delivering a seamless experience for every client whether you’re new to private label or a seasoned pro.
